• We ship using all possible methods: standard postal services, DHL, EMS, cargo shipping, and even postal dispatch from within the European Union.
• You can pay with any Visa or MasterCard*, PayPal, or via bank transfer. Transactions are processed through our company in the EU and, for Israeli customers, through our entity in Israel. Wholesale customers can also sign a formal supply contract.
• You can place an order for delivery within Russia and pay using the method most convenient for you.
• We accept orders for delivery to correctional facilities in Russia (FSIN — prisons and detention centers).
• International shipping costs change regularly, so for some countries the cost is calculated manually. Because of this, the delivery cost shown on the website may sometimes be inaccurate. If, at the time of processing, we cannot send your parcel via the selected shipping method at the listed price, we will contact you.
