This compilation includes the data of the International Conference «Evolution of Law - 2015» which took place in the framework of the 10th Festival of Science in Moscow. The aim of proceedings of a Conference was to analyze and discuss the most important legal issues of theoretical and practical nature; the state of Russian and foreign legislation; the prospects of their development and interaction. As is customary, the proceedings of Conference was carried out out in 3 directions: private law, criminal law & public law. The compilation includes the research of the participants in the relevant sections of their reports
