Nebula Science Fiction
High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Nebula Science Fiction was the first Scottish science fiction magazine. It was published from 1952 to 1959, and was edited by Peter Hamilton, a young Scot who was able to take advantage of spare capacity at his parents` printing company, Crownpoint, to launch the magazine. Because Hamilton could only print Nebula when Crownpoint had no other work, the schedule was initially erratic. In 1955 he moved the printing to a Dublin-based firm, and the schedule became a little more regular, with a steady monthly run beginning in 1958 that lasted into the following year. Nebula`s circulation was international, with only a quarter of the sales in the United Kingdom (UK): this led to disaster when both...
Nature fakers controversy
High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! The nature fakers controversy was an early 20th-century American literary debate highlighting the conflict between science and sentiment in popular nature writing. Following a period of growing interest in the natural world beginning in the late 19th century, a new literary movement, in which the natural world was depicted in a compassionate rather than realistic light, began to take shape. Works such as Ernest Thompson Seton`s Wild Animals I Have Known (1898) and William J. Long`s School of the Woods (1902) popularized this new genre and emphasized sympathetic and individualistic animal characters.

The National Anthem of the Russian Federation (Russian: Государственный гимн Российской Федерации, "Gosudarstvenny Gimn Rossiyskoy Federatsii") is the name of the official national anthem of Russia. The anthem was amended in 1956 to remove lyrics that had references to former Soviet leader Joseph Stalin. The anthem was amended again in 1977 to introduce new lyrics written by Mikhalkov.

The fourteenth named storm and seventh hurricane of the 2005 season, Hurricane Nate formed to the southwest of Bermuda on September 5 and initially moved very slowly to the northeast. Early forecasts suggested a possible threat to the island, but Nate passed well to the south on September 8 as a Category 1 hurricane. After moving away from the island, wind shear increased and the storm moved into cooler waters, causing it to weaken into a tropical storm before becoming extratropical on September 10. The storm was later absorbed by a larger weather system.
Nassau class battleship
High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! The Nassau class were a group of four German dreadnought battleships built for the Imperial Navy. All four ships were laid down in mid-1907, and completed between May and September 1910. Compared to their British contemporaries, the Nassau-class ships were lighter and had a wider beam. They were two knots slower, because the German ships retained vertical triple-expansion engines as opposed to the high-power turbine engines adopted by the British.
