A Family Business, Through the Christian Year with Father Fred
This collection of straightforward stories is to be used in teaching young Christian pupils to understand the significance of God and His Church. The stories centre on the life of a fictional Priest in an ordinary parish, and the local Christian families that he serves. There is a story for each Sunday and Holy Day of the Christian Year. The theme of each is tied in with a particular Bible quotation and thus relates to a specific Bible teaching. An example tale is that of the owner of a sweetshop whose business is threatened by a new candy store.
